Yoga
My name is Louise Carter and I have been practising yoga for 15 years and teaching Hatha yoga for the last two.
After a car accident and through the advice of my doctor to help with my back pain, I started to attend a local yoga class, participating in the practise of Hatha yoga. This was how my journey began.
Over the years I have practised many different forms of yoga from the flowing class of Vinyasa to the strength of Ashtanga but always returning to the gentler side of Hatha yoga.

Distance Yourself
In January 2015 I gained my Diploma in
Hatha Yoga through the
British School of Yoga. In October 2016 I gained my
Diploma in Post and Pre-Natal Yoga.
Benefits of Yoga
I was unsure which direction to take and then realised how simple it could be. I wanted to create a class that would encourage busy parents to take time out. I know how stressful life can be, juggling the children, work and home life. We all need to distance ourselves from commitments just for a while, giving ourselves that ‘ME’ time.
This is why I created my yoga company. I really want to help others through practising yoga to de-stress and bring clarity and focus to their lives.
